10 Tips To Increase Your Performance In Bed

You aren't the only one who suffers from being a better bed performer,  below is a list of 10 things that will increase your performance in bed.

1.   Have a really comfortable bed
2.   Don't drink a lot of caffeine late in the day
3.   Clean sheets are always nice
4.   Keep the room completely dark
5.   Read a bed-time story
6.   Get rid of any noise
7.   Keep the room at a comfortable temprature
8.   Reduce stress
9.   Exercise for 30 minutes a day
10. Tip lists are usually worthless

By following these tips you have an above average chance of increasing your performance in bed.  Nighty-night.
